Want to refresh your features without changing who you are?
Professor MacKenzie does not follow filler trends (overinflated lips, overfilled cheeks or Instagram aesthetics). Instead, she uses volumetric and symmetry correction through strategic placement to restore your facial architecture with youthful volume—respecting your skeletal structure, ethnic features, gender-appropriate dimensions, and individual goals within anatomical harmony.
Her surgical training provides critical advantages:
Facial anatomy mastery - understanding fat compartments, ligamentous attachments, tissue planes, and vascular anatomy.
Structural assessment - identifying bone resorption, volume loss patterns, and soft tissue descent—not just "filling lines".
Treatment is determined by anatomical proportions, using golden ratio assessment (phi).
Filler longevity and tissue response are affected by systemic health. Professor MacKenzie's protocols combine structural restoration with biological optimisation:
Filler provides structural scaffolding. Systemic optimisation determines how your tissue responds and how long results are maintained.
SURGICAL-LEVEL COMPLICATION AVOIDANCE
Professor MacKenzie's surgical training minimises risks:
Vascular occlusion — Knowledge of facial artery anatomy and danger zones.
Blindness risk — Understanding arterial connections in high-risk areas.
Emergency preparedness — Hyaluronidase immediately available, ultrasound capability, surgical training for managing rare complications

DURATION

Stage 1
Redness appears occasionally and is often triggered by hot drinks, spicy food, or exercise.

Stage 2
Redness becomes more consistent. Small visible blood vessels (telangiectasia) may appear.

Stage 3
Acne-like breakouts begin, without blackheads. Skin may feel sore or sensitive.

Stage 4
Skin may thicken, particularly around the nose (rhinophyma).

Stage 5
In rare cases, severe rosacea - called phymatous rosacea - can lead to the development of rhinophyma - a bulbous enlargement of the nose, most common in men. Rosacea can also be ocular when it is located on the eyelids, conjunctiva and cornea, manifesting itself as red, watery and very dry eyes.
