HEADACHE / MIGRAINE

Are headaches or migraines interfering with your daily life?
SYMPTOMS
  • Throbbing or pulsing pain (often on one side of the head)

  • Sensitivity to light and sound

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Tension or tightness around the temples or neck

  • Pain that worsens when pressing the area

  • Visual disturbances or aura before onset

Headaches and migraines can be persistent and debilitating, often disrupting your ability to focus, work, or enjoy everyday activities. While there are many potential causes — including tension, stress, or neurological triggers — some chronic cases are linked to overactive muscles in the face, head, or neck.

At ART, we understand how overwhelming frequent headaches can be. We offer clinical solutions that not only ease pain but target the root causes where possible. A proper assessment is essential to determine the right course of treatment tailored to your unique experience.

Stage 1

Redness appears occasionally and is often triggered by hot drinks, spicy food, or exercise.

Stage 2

Redness becomes more consistent. Small visible blood vessels (telangiectasia) may appear.

Stage 3

Acne-like breakouts begin, without blackheads. Skin may feel sore or sensitive.

Stage 4

Skin may thicken, particularly around the nose (rhinophyma).

Stage 5

In rare cases, severe rosacea - called phymatous rosacea - can lead to the development of rhinophyma - a bulbous enlargement of the nose, most common in men. Rosacea can also be ocular when it is located on the eyelids, conjunctiva and cornea, manifesting itself as red, watery and very dry eyes.
